Attorneys

Jeff Terrill has practiced law in Indiana since 1997. Jeff represents clients (adults and children) who have been charged with a crime or who are under investigation. Jeff has represented clients throughout many counties within Indiana in cases involving serious felonies, misdemeanors and driving related matters. He is a graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington), B.A., the University of Florida's Graduate School of Communication, M.M.C., and the Valparaiso University School of Law, with honors, cum laude.

While in law school, Jeff competed in both national Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions, and served in the Criminal Law Clinic. During his final year in law school, Jeff successfully presented oral arguments on behalf of a client before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeff, along with another law student, then obtained a favorable verdict for his client before a jury in federal court.

He is a current or past member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the American Bar Association, the National College for DUI Defense, the Allen County Bar Association and the Allen County Criminal Defense Attorneys. Jeff has jury trial experience with cases involving felonies and misdemeanors.
